CBTp-Trained Clinician Provided Guest Lecture to Gonzaga University Master of Arts Students

Stephani Carlton, a CBTp-trained clinician at Frontier Behavioral Health, recently provided a guest lecture to Gonzaga University Master of Arts in Marriage and Family, Clinical Mental Health, and School Counseling students on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for schizophrenia-spectrum disorders (SSDs).
The presentation was intended to expose students to various applications of CBT. Students were given time to ask questions and participate in discussions with each CBT therapist. This event gave students an opportunity to better understand how CBT counselors help people with different presenting problems work toward meaningful recovery.
