Jonathan’s current duties include conducting fidelity reviews of Washington’s Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) teams, providing consultation, training and technical assistance to PACT teams in the areas of supported employment/education, psychiatric rehabilitation, supervision/management/leadership, recovery promoting competencies and the Revised-Comprehensive Assessment. Jonathan also provides consultation, training and other supports to First Episode Psychosis Teams in Washington in the areas of supported employment/education.
Jonathan has also worked on conducting fidelity reviews of evidence based supported employment programs for the King County Behavioral Health and Recovery Division, training peer counselors to assist consumers in working through their ambivalence and developing their readiness for employment in a Peer Employment Support Group setting, assisting Washington’s clubhouses in becoming certified by the State’s Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery, engaging several of the State’s BHOs in system change efforts to grow the availability of evidence based supported employment, helping to establish the Washington State Mental Health Employment Consortium and was the lead on needed revisions to the State’s Certified Peer Counselor curriculum and manual.
Jonathan is a past President of the National Association of Social Workers-Washington State Chapter and past Chair of the Chapter’s Ethics Committee.
